Cabinetry Laborer
:
Elite Cabinetry, LLC., is seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our team in York, PA. The ideal candidate will assist in the production, assembly, installation, and finishing of custom cabinetry. This role involves working with power tools, hand tools, and various materials including wood, laminate, and hardware.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists in the construction and assembly of cabinets
- Operates basic machinery and hand tools safety and effectively
- Loads and unloads materials, tools and products
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Assists with on-site installation of cabinetry when required
- Follows blueprints, work orders, and supervisor instructions
- Helps with packaging and preparing finished products for delivery
- Performs quality checks and reports defects or issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual labor
- Good work ethic and attention to detail is a must
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic computer skills
WORK ENVIORMENT
- Workshop/warehouse environment with classical site visits
- Exposure to wood, dust, noise, and potentially hazardous equipment (PPE provided)
- Schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday (6AM - 2:30PM), with occasional overtime as needed
