General Manager
We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established, upscale concept on the Main Line. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and leads with integrity behind every decision.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a visible presence in the dining room, especially during peak service. The right candidate balances refined hospitality with operational excellence and understands that trust with both guests and staff is built through consistency, accountability, and presence.
What This Role OwnsFull accountability for day-to-day restaurant operations
Hiring, training, and performance management of a ~50-person team
Labor scheduling and cost controls
Guest recovery, comps, and service standards
