- Define and implement software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes tailored for SAP BRIM and S/4HANA projects.
- Establish standards for configuration, integration, and testing to minimize customization and ensure SAP best practices.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure processes meet PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards.
- Maintain audit ready documentation for all development and testing activities.
- DevOps & Automation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for SAP environments using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
- Automate testing and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Integration & Data Migration Support
- Collaborate with integration teams on SAP BTP/CPI workflows and API management.
- Support data migration planning, delta load strategies, and reconciliation processes.
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Define QA processes for SIT/UAT cycles; ensure defect tracking and resolution in ADO/JIRA.
- Validate compliance with SAP standards and performance benchmarks.
- Documentation & Training
- Document process flows, technical specifications, and lessons learned using Commission templates.
- Provide training and mentorship on process engineering best practices.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software process engineering or related roles, including 3+ years with SAP landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in SDLC, DevOps, and process automation for SAP environments.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance, secure payment flows, and audit controls.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
- SAP BRIM or S/4HANA certifications highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP BTP (API Management, Event Mesh) and SAP CPI.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for post go-live support.
- Hybrid Agile delivery experience; ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
