As a Receiving Clerk , you’ll be a vital part of our supply chain, making sure products and materials arrive accurately and get where they need to go. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying organized, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will help ensure our teams stay productive and our inventory stays on track. You’ll:

Receive and inspect all incoming products and materials
Verify shipments against purchase orders and vendor packing lists
Note any damage or missing items and report them to Purchasing
Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork (timesheets, 5S checklists, requisitions)
Perform cycle counts to help ensure accurate stock levels
Read blueprints and accurately measure materials for production
Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists to safely move materials
Deliver or route materials to the appropriate departments
Restock shelves and pull overflow items to maintain organized inventory
Plow snow as needed during the winter months at assigned building locations

What You Bring to the Table

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret blueprints
Experience with warehouse or receiving duties preferred
Computer skills — Microsoft Office and Dynamics AX knowledge a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
