ProCare Therapy is searching for a compassionate, certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based role in Johnsonburg, PA. Position Details:
Location: Johnsonburg, PA
Schedule: 32.5 hours/week | MondayFriday | School hours
Caseload: K-12 students requiring behavior support services
What Youll Do:
Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA ser vices to students with special needs
Implement customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA direction
Track student progress and behaviors daily through precise data collection
Support students both in the classroom and during social activities
Reinforce positive behaviors and de-escalate challenging situations as needed
Communicate regularly with the school team, families, and supervising clinicians
What Youll Need:
Current RBT certification through the BACB
Prior ABA or school-based experience preferred
Ability to obtain Pennsylvania clearances
Reliable transportation to Johnsonburg
A team-player attitude and a passion for supporting students with unique needs
