zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Routing Dispatcher to support daily transportation operations and help ensure efficient, on-time service throughout our network. In this role, you will coordinate driver assignments, monitor routes and trip activity, and serve as a key communication link between drivers, customers, and operational teams.

What You'll Do as a Routing Dispatcher

As a Routing Dispatcher , you will:

• Coordinate driver assignments based on trip demand, route efficiency, scheduling requirements, and driver availability
• Monitor active trips and make real-time adjustments to address delays, route changes, or service disruptions
• Communicate dispatch instructions, route modifications, and operational updates to drivers
• Assist customers with service inquiries, ride information, and transportation concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, routing logs, trip documentation, and operational reports
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to improve service performance and efficiency
• Help optimize route coverage and support on-time transportation services throughout the service area

What We're Looking for as a Routing Dispatcher:

• Previous experience in dispatching, routing, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet operations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dispatch, routing, GPS, or scheduling software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license required

Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
