We are seeking an individual who is able to engage with our guests in the dining room through table service, cleaning, restocking, as well as, assisting on the front counter as needed with the cashier position and order delivery to carry-out and dine-in guests.

Pay Type:  From $16.00/hr (During Training) - $17.00/hr (After Training)

Position Type:

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Shift Availability: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM/Monday - Saturday throughout the year

Requirements:

• Must be 16+

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

• Must be comfortable using a cash register

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

• Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, engage with "My Pleasure"

• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

• Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru

• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

• Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
