Sales Representative - Lawn Care Services

What You'll Do:- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and local prospecting
- Meet with homeowners on-site to assess lawn care needs
- Provide customized quotes and confidently close sales
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Upsell additional services and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Represent the company professionally in the field and in the community
- Blend of inside + outside sales (no sitting behind a desk all day)
- Established, reputable brand that makes selling easier
- Ability to own your territory and grow your client base
- Proven sales experience (in-home sales, service sales, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable with prospecting, rejection, and closing deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven (this is not a passive role)
- Valid driver's license (21+)
- Lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor service knowledge is a plus
- Someone who likes being on the move, not stuck behind a desk
- A natural closer who enjoys winning business
- Someone who wants control over their earnings
