We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Coordinator to support the timely and accurate completion of real estate closings. This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating closing packages, tracking outstanding items, and serving as a key point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review preliminary fee sheets, pre-ALTA documents, and closing packages
- Assemble and deliver loan documents to notaries and attorneys
- Track outstanding closing items and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage closing calendars, shared inboxes, and internal work queues
- Order and monitor updated payoffs, taxes, title commitments, and subordinations
- Communicate with customers, borrowers, notaries, and attorneys regarding closings
- Support funding and disbursement activities as needed
- Maintain production standards, meet client metrics, and follow company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of mortgage or closing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Pay: $22.00-$24.00
