Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving revenue and building strong client relationships? Toshiba America Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business sales team. As Sales Manager you will manage a group of business-to-business sales representatives who are responsible for selling Toshiba's full line of office solutions and services to meet established revenue objectives for the Team.

In this role you will be pivotal in delivering Toshiba’s innovative print management services and digital signage solutions to local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are essential to our communities. What You'll Do

  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory, achieving team quotas through cold calling and self-generated leads
  • Guide the team as they convert warm leads from campaigns into new business
  • Promote Toshiba's culture of sales excellence, including adherence to sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and coordinate sales action plans for team members
  • Monitor and support the sales team's activities and performance, ensuring they have the resources needed to meet goals and enhance communication
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and align Toshiba products and services with business opportunities
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client trainings
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive prospecting plan
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to meet team targets and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts, identify problem areas, and recommend solutions to executive leadership
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales professionals
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision-maker with a client approach
  • Proven accomplishment measured against revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales
  • Proficiency in salesforce.com or comparable CRM
  • Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Requires a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle

Earn Well

  • $165,000.00 first year earning potential, $60K to $85K base salary, plus uncapped commission, expense, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential
