Key Responsibilities

• Site Prep: Grade gravel, prepare subgrades, and set forms for various residential projects.

• The Pour: Pour, smooth, and level concrete with precision.

• Finishing: Expertly use rakes, trowels, floats, and screeds to ensure a professional finish on every job.

• Crew Collaboration: Work as part of a tight-knit team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience: Concrete finishing or a similar skilled construction role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic concrete tools (trowels, floats, screeds).

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

• Logistics: Must have reliable personal transportation to reach various job sites daily.

• Attributes: High reliability, a "lead-by-example" attitude, and the physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour , based on your specific experience and performance.

• Growth: Potential for rapid promotion to a leadership role for top performers.

• Timeline: Hiring now for the upcoming season (ramping up in March).
