**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Document and report all security-related activities, observations, and incidents according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Work with property management and tenants to address security-related concerns and provide information or assistance when needed.
+ Stay alert to changes in the environment and report any unusual or suspicious activity to supervisory personnel and/or local authorities as appropriate.
+ Follow all site-specific procedures and guidelines while maintaining compliance with Allied Universal policies and standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
