Experience: 22 to 24 Yrs (with experience in Regulated markets and Sterile background)

Responsibilities :

• Authorize to sign (as a doer / reviewer / verifier)
• Break Down / Preventive Maintenance Report
• Qualification Documents
• QMS document review and closing
• Any other documents related to QMS

Handling of Halol-1 (NOSD) Engineering Operation, HVAC, Electrical, and Facility Management activities.

Approval of Preventive Maintenance, Instrument / Equipment inward approval, Qualification protocol, and SOP review and approval.

Implement improvements to reduce the breakdown time of production equipment.

Ensure all critical utilities like HVAC and Water systems are available 24/7 as per requirements.

Conceptualize and implement energy and water conservation measures.

Prepare annual revenue budgets and ensure expenses stay within budget.

Propose and implement annual capital budgets and Capex.

Handle engineering and facility modification activities.

Roll out good engineering practices and standards across engineering functions.

Maintain spares inventory, especially for critical spares with long lead times.

Standardize and harmonize engineering documentation and procedures.

Continuously improve engineering operating systems in coordination with plant maintenance and production teams to avoid breakdowns.

Track Capex and modification activities, ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

Update engineering SOPs, records, and schedules as per QMS.

Participate in technical investigations and monthly quality meetings, updating QMS document statuses.

Ensure timely closure of QMS documents and compliance with observation points.

Complete training activities on schedule.

Manage facility management team operations.

Evaluate change control processes related to the global IT division.
