Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Mechanical Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role requires expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with various power tools and perform wiring for panel components.

Pay: $21-23 starting and full benefits

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders efficiently.
• Perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail, leveraging experience from trades such as carpentry, HVAC, mechanics, CNC machining, and calibration.
• Utilize and work proficiently with power tools including torque wrenches, grinders, welders, drills, and saws.
• Conduct wiring for panel components.
• Ensure that the finished product meets quality standards.
• Read and follow Bills of Materials accurately.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Skilled in using measuring tools and performing quality control.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and installation tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automotive maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics.

Work Environment

Work in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate controlled. The position is for the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am. Enjoy a professional and supportive workplace with opportunities for growth.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cokeburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available. PTO Schedule: 0-4 years = 10 Days. 5-14 years = 15 days. 15-19 years = 20 days. 20-29 years = 25 days. If needing to use pto for more than 3 days at a time, must be submitted before 2 weeks of timeframe.

This is a fully onsite position in Cokeburg,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 29, 2026.
