Are you passionate about turning everyday customer interactions into exceptional experiences? We are seeking a solution-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will deliver our signature "Sunshine Service"—providing bright, empathetic, and efficient support to our consumers.

You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and Live Chat routed through Salesforce, manage order processing, and collaborate with both our retail stores and leadership to continuously elevate our customer experience.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, solution-oriented, Sunshine Service customer experience to consumers who call
• Live Chat or communication that flows into Salesforce during the hours of operation. Maintain strict service level standards as defined.
• Hours of operation are currently Mon- Fri 9a-5:30p and rotating Saturday 9AM-2PM
• Place online and/or telephone orders
• Service and process e-commerce exchanges
• Process manual returns and exchanges resulting from Retail purchases
• Locate items and complete the sale for Consumers
• Work with Customer Service Supervisor to develop necessary process improvements for better efficiencies and Customer Service experience.
• Use good judgment in handling questionable service requests.
• Communicate effectively with the Corporate Retail stores with regards to delighting our customer and reiterating policies
