The Kling House Restaurant – Kitchen Kettle Village

Intercourse, Pa | $2.95 per hour + tips | Part-time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Properly and professionally take guest’s orders, with suggestive selling

• Maintain a working knowledge of the POS system

• Expedite food when required

• Follow the steps of service

• Fully knowledgeable of all cooking techniques and products offered at the Kling House

• Clear, clean, and reset tables

• Maintain a clean and pressed uniform as dictated by management

• Provide and maintain a daily “server bank”

• Settle guest checks

• Side work and cleaning.

• Assist guests needing directions to Village Shops and local attractions

• Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed

• Adhere to the restaurant’s sanitation and safety standards

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Kitchen Kettle Village is closed in the evenings and on Sundays | This position requires availability for weekday daytime shifts, Saturdays, and occasional Saturday mornings beginning at 7:30 a.m.
