Well Crafted Beer Company is looking for awesome Bartenders to join our team! We seek individuals who have a passion for craft beer and guest experience. This person should possess strong craft beer and cocktail knowledge, have the ability to multitask, and possess a great attitude!

Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and pour craft beer, fill crowlers and growlers
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prep ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender with 1-2 years experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent knowledge in craft beer, spirits, wine, and mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
