Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable, caring, and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

• Companionship and emotional support

• Medication reminders

• Mobility assistance and safety monitoring

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous home care or caregiving experience a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Able to pass background checks and required screenings

• Strong communication and compassion for others
