We have an excellent opportunity for a Manager of Residential Living Dining Services to join our Dining Leadership Team! Our ideal candidate will have both hands on and leadership experience in the hospitality industry. The primary responsibility of this role will be to work with the Director of Dining Services and the Executive Chef to lead and support the Residential Team in all aspects of planning, directing, coaching and auditing the flow of the team's work in accordance with our community and department policies and procedures.

Schedule: Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

• Process and facilitate all catering requests including, but not limited to meeting with clients, pricing menus and ensuring proper setup and tear down of events.
• Contact, schedule and serve as a liaison between the Community and outside vendors and contractors to ensure an extraordinary dining and catering experience.
• Facilitate, maintain and communicate a schedule for the Residential Dining team that includes weekends and holidays.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining operating logs and overseeing and at times completing tasks required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Interview, train, coach, educate and evaluate team members within the department to establish and maintain a cohesive team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid PA Driver's License
• 3+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry or equivalent field
• Managerial/supervisory experience preferred
• Senior living experience is a plus
• Serv-Safe certified or willing to be certified
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are critical for this position.
• Time management, the ability to priorities and attention to detail a MUST
