About the Role

As a Supply Chain Consultant , you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients—assessing operations, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions that drive measurable results. You’ll lead workshops, guide change initiatives, and collaborate with peers to foster innovation and contribute to Synergetics’ continued growth. This is truly hands-on role and not analysis only or strategy. The ideal candidate will have direct involvement in implementation , problem-solving in the field , and ownership of outcomes .

What You Bring

We’re looking for candidates with a mix of experience, curiosity, and drive. Ideal candidates will have:

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain consulting, manufacturing, or industry leadership
• An MBA from a recognized institution
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Proven success in implementation and change management on the operations/production floor, maintenance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, material handling, master data analysis etc.
• Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow with a team that values inclusion, integrity, and impact
• Willingness to travel extensively (expenses reimbursed; generous per diem provided)

Preferred Expertise

We’re especially interested in professionals with experience in:

• Supply chain planning and demand forecasting
• ERP/MRP remediation and master data management
• Sourcing, capital allocation, and SKU rationalization
• Production scheduling, capacity planning, and Lean Six Sigma
• Inventory reduction strategies
• Distribution, logistics, and warehouse optimization
• Designing and implementing Management Operating Systems (MOS)
