Attorney - General Liability Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Philadelphia office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, insurance coverage and/or insurance defense.
