We're seeking a passionate and visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. What You'll Do:

Lead with Vision: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our company's goals and drive sustainable growth.
Be a Strategic Partner: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team, influencing key business decisions.
Drive Financial Performance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure fiscal health and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Optimize Resources: Manage treasury functions, cash flow, and investments to maximize returns and ensure financial stability.
Mitigate Risks: Assess and manage financial risks, implementing controls and safeguards to protect our organization.
Build Strong Relationships: Foster collaborative relationships across the company and with external stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, and advisors.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Lead and Develop Talent: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Provide Oversight: Manage facilities financial reporting, and general office expenses, including negotiating leases and coordinating with legal counsel for real estate matters.
What You Bring:

A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA preferred).
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a senior financial role.
A proven track record of successful financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong cost accounting experience, with the ability to analyze pricing issues and manage public sector contracting.
10+ years of experience leading technical professionals with demonstrated effectiveness to recruit, hire and train a team as well as provide continued guidance, mentorship and support to staff.
Strong understanding of operations, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements is a plus.
Experience in multi-site (U.S.) organizational structures is desirable.
Experience in clinical and/or forensic laboratory services/diagnostics industries is a plus.
