Staff Software Development Engineer, IQVIA Inc. Wayne, PA. Must telecommute (work from home) from anywhere in the U.S. with business approval and report electronically to the Wayne, PA office location. As a team lead, design and develop enhancements of the web application based on the requirement using development tools like Visual Studio, C#.Net, JavaScript, Json, XML, XSLT, WCF and several others. Develop new APIS and web services for the product. Create new table, views, stored procedures needed to enhance the product. Develop automated unit testing during development process and integrate it with the Azure continuous build and deployment pipelines. Ensure timely resolutions for product features and bugs in every release. Assist in mentoring and managing the other team members in product design and development throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that all required design and code reviews are performed. Collaborate with other teams across the globe on complex product issues during and after the implementation to the customers. Perform in-depth troubleshooting during support calls to identify and promptly provide support and resolve customers facing product issues. Analyze software issues, document, and provide the analysis and impact assessment document for the implementation. Coordinate with the core technical team to implement and test new software product features. Document release notes, user guides and procedures for end-user interaction with the system. Supervisory responsibilities for software developers or related. Work M-F, 8:30am -- 5:30pm EST and overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. Must be available on call in case of project emergencies. Salary Range: $153,358 - $256,900/year.

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires five (5) years with a bachelor's degree, or three (3) years with a master's degree, of software development experience to include (with bachelor's 5 years/ with master's 3 years): utilizing Visual Studio, C#, .Net, SQL Server/TSQL, Angular, GIT, and Microsoft SQL Server; two (2) years (with bachelor's or master's): utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.Net; utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies; utilizing Software Design Patterns; implementing Object Oriented Design; performing analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of web applications; one (1) year: utilizing ASP.Net WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, Angular JS and TypeScript; performing Test Driven Development; and providing technical leadership for the software project life cycle.
