About the role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit Simpson team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

• Provide great customer service and help customers with product and pricing enquiries
• Process sales through the register (POS)
• Support with store presentation and merchandising displays
• Receive and unpack deliveries
• Assist with basic administrative and banking tasks

About you

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and has a practical, can-do attitude.

• Experience in retail, customer service, admin, or a similar role
• Confidence using computers (e.g. MS Office, basic systems)
• A friendly, approachable style with a focus on helping customers
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturday
• Experience with stock control (nice to have, but not essential)
