The Attorney-Mediator will be responsible for guiding clients through the legal aspects of the 7-Step divorce mediation process, facilitating discussions and negotiations. Responsibilities include conducting research on relevant legal matters, drafting agreements, and ensuring a fair resolution for the couple. xrczosw This is an independent contractor position based in the greater Philadelphia area, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in family law
- Demonstrated skill in negotiation and mediation practices to achieve balanced resolutions
- Experience in family law and divorce mediation is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
- Commitment to high ethics and client care
