Collections Operations Specialist Tier I

Job Summary The Collections Operations Specialist Tier I will support the department it is assigned to by carrying out general clerical duties. Essential Functions - Copy data and compile records and reports.
- Tabulate and post data in record books.
- Record orders for merchandise or service.
- Operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
- Operate office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
- Open and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience - High School Diploma required
- Minimum 1 year experience performing clerical and office administrative duties required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Multi-tasking with a strong attention to detail
