Special Instructor
Job Summary
Learning Time Therapy, LLC is a therapist owned and operated small agency . We are seeking a pediatric Special Instructor to provide in home and community based therapy services to children in Early Intervention (birth-3 years old) in Luzerne County . As an Early Intervention therapist you can make a positive impact on children and families. Therapists work directly with children from birth to three in their natural environments (home, daycare, community settings) using a coaching model to empower parents to be the ones who provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child achieve their goals.
This is an opportunity for per-diem contract work. Make your own schedule- you choose the hours and days.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Early Childhood, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education or Family Studies
- One Year of pediatric experience
- CPR and first Aid
Responsibilities
- To Provide Individualized therapy services to children 0-3
- Actively engage families and educate them on child development, strategies, recommendations
- Maintain Documentation
- Extra Reimbursement for spanish/bilingual speaking
