Customer Service Representative
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, WHOLESALE/MANUFACTURING
The Customer Service Representative will initially work with order entry and customer service responses. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to working directly with businesses, agencies and other organizations as clients. The rep will attend conferences, meetings and presentations on behalf of the company to explain and promote the product and answer any questions or concerns from prospective clients. This role will be the main contact with clients in the assigned region, and will have great understanding of the company’s products and services as to better support clients. The role will also be responsible to develop forecasting within the assigned region along with that region’s current clients.

What you will be doing as a customer service representative:
- Ensure that customer inquiries are responded to promptly, complaints are addressed and orders are processed in a timely manner
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Act as an ambassador of our mission, brands and products while building partnerships with food service companies in the region
- Contact customers, travel to business locations, explain and promote products
- Recommend ways to promote and display products for buyers in the market
- Attend trade shows, conferences, sales and customer service meetings and forecasting events
- Monitor and report on market conditions, production innovations and competitor’s products, prices and sales to management and ownership
Requirements and Qualifications
- Data driven with strong Analytical, communication, organization and time management skills
- Frequent Travel
- Positive, empathetic and professional attitude
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to stay calm in high pace or high stress situations
- Comfortable using excel, developing reports, and presenting on market analysis data and future projections
- Experience working with customer support
