Senior Project Manager (Data)
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Data) in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
- Lead projects involving data warehousing, data integration, migration, reporting, and analytics solutions
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define project deliverables
- Coordinate data mapping, validation, testing, and implementation activities
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and executive reporting
- Support Agile and traditional project management methodologies, including sprint planning and team coordination
- Manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams
- Oversee user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support
- Drive process improvements and ensure projects align with organizational goals and best practices
- Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and change management activities
- 8+ years of project management experience leading complex technology, data, or business transformation initiatives
- Experience managing data warehousing, data migration, integration, or analytics projects
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of data management concepts including ETL/ELT, data mapping, governance, and data quality
- Strong ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
