The Heights, a member dining restaurant at Philadelphia Cricket Club, is seeking a Grill Cook to join our culinary team. We focus on seasonal Mid-Atlantic cuisine , utilizing high-quality ingredients in a collaborative, professional kitchen environment.
This role is ideal for a cook who is passionate about learning, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a respectful, team-oriented culture .
Schedule:
Wednesday – Sunday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Execute grill station with consistency and attention to detail
- Work with seasonal ingredients and evolving menus
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling standards
- Contribute positively to a team-focused kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Previous grill or line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow
- Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently
- Positive attitude and respect for teammates
