LOTO Manager
LOTO Manager/commissioning manager needed for a long term field assignment. This person will be responsible for planning, supporting and/or implementation of construction project completions and commissioning of a variety of facilities, including commercial and industrial installations. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and some experience working in refineries. location: Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania

salary: $65 - 72 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School responsibilities:
- Lead the efforts to create, verify and finalize turnover boundaries and turnover packages.
- Lead set up tracking, reporting and turnover documentation of projects and ensure field teams understand and implement the tools according to specifications.
- Lead the development and implementation of commissioning and startup plans.
- Lead implementation by field teams during execution of completion and commissioning plans.
- Lead inspection of installed devices and completion of field required setup and verifications.
- Lead coordination and checkout, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of project efforts by addressing problems and routine requirements of equipment and devices.
