This is a sales and guest experience role at the front desk of a premium wellness studio. You will greet guests, educate them on our services, and convert them into members. You will follow up with leads. You will hit targets. Sales is not a side function of this job. It is the job. You will also be responsible for keeping the studio in premium condition. That means physically cleaning and resetting suites, including saunas, cold plunges, showers, and common areas, on every shift. This is a physical role that requires energy and attention to detail. If you are looking for a desk job, this is not it. Responsibilities
- Convert intro guests into members through consultative, relationship-based selling
- Follow up with leads and recent visitors to drive conversion
- Greet and check in guests and create a strong first impression on every interaction
- Educate guests on contrast therapy, sauna, and cold plunge benefits
- Manage bookings, appointments, and studio communications
- Clean and reset suites, showers, saunas, cold plunges, and common areas throughout your shift
- Maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and sanitization standards
- Collaborate with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Must-haves:
- Prior experience in membership or package sales in a fitness, spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Comfortable initiating sales conversations and handling objections without flinching
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Weekend availability (shifts between 8am and 6pm)
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and room resets throughout your shift
- Personal interest in or practice of health, fitness, or wellness
- Experience with booking or CRM software
- Weekday availability between 9am and 8pm
- $16-$20/hr base pay based on experience, plus monthly commissions tied to sales performance
