Client Services Coordinator
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client and service-related information. This role supports the client service and sales teams by ensuring records are current, accurate, and compliant with company standards, enabling efficient client support and reporting.
Essential Job Functions
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Accurately enter client information, orders, and updates into the company system
· Maintain and update client records within the system on an ongoing basis verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
· Timely process client orders, returns, refunds, and service requests as required
· Promptly respond to client inquiries related to order status or account information and follow through with ongoing updates on orders, confirmation of POs, or other related questions or activities
· Build and nurture trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to meet their needs through potential sales
· Actively listen to and analyze client feedback to identify pain points, challenges, or concerns and respond promptly with a resolution or alternative
· Provide proactive guidance and personalized counsel based on the client’s unique situation
· Develop an understanding of the operation in order to better resolve and/or respond to client challenges, questions, or concerns
· Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and escalate technical issues
· Assist with filing, documentation and record management as well as support the client service team with administrative tasks as needed
· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.
· Report any animal welfare related issues to management immediately.
· Report any potential Food Safety issues to management immediately.
· Report any damages to company vehicles, equipment, and buildings via maintenance work order software program.
· Comply with all company policies and procedures.
· Follow all biosecurity and Animal Welfare Policies.
· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations.
Minimum Required Qualifications
The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Minimum 2 years of equivalent customer service experience required.
· Fast and accurate data entry skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
· Demonstrated success in fostering high-value client relationships.· Positive attitude and ability to work independently making decisions with minimum supervision.
· Ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to satisfy all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
· Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.

Physical Demands
The physical requirements/environmental factors for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.
· Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
· Ability to walk, bend, reach, and stoop frequently.
· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
· Ability to work in wide range of working conditions including office, warehouse, production floors, and live operation barns.
· Conditions of production floor, warehouse and live operation barns maybe cold, wet, loud and PPE is required.
