Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Sewickley / Wexford – $15–$18/hr | Weekly Pay

Open Visit Schedules

• Sewickley – weekday morning and afternoon; Sunday early morning; weekend evening
• Wexford – weekday and weekend, morning and afternoon; Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday evening; Monday/Friday/Sunday overnight
• Duncan Manor – weekday and weekend early morning; Monday/Wednesday/Saturday afternoon; weekend evening; Sunday late morning

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of three professional references
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged)
• Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
