Job Title: Field Service Engineer - CT/MR

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer specializing in CT and MR equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance on GE and Siemens medical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective maintenance on CT and MR medical imaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with GE and Siemens equipment.
• Provide exceptional on-site support to healthcare facilities, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document maintenance procedures and service reports accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to educate them on equipment operation and maintenance workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment specifications, software updates, and industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills as required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) specializing in CT and MR equipment.
• Hands-on experience with GE and Siemens OEM medical equipment is mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform equipment repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Desired Experience:

• Current and recent experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Experience working with healthcare clients and understanding their operational needs.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on the candidate's experience and interview performance. Note that the specific salary offered will be discussed during the interview process.
