LPN
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. This position involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities to support the overall care and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer prescribed medications and injections
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to RNs or physicians
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
- Document patient care, observations, and treatments in electronic medical records
- Support physicians and RNs during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.)
- Educate patients and families on basic health maintenance and medication instructions
- Maintain clean and safe working environments in accordance with infection control protocols
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Valid LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Exposure to patients with various health conditions
- Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and/or nights depending on the facility
