Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the register and on the sales floor
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process purchases, returns, and fuel transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, ensuring correct change and proper till balancing
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked store areas, including sales floor, cooler, coffee, and food prep stations
• Support fresh food, beverage, and snack preparation following safety and quality standards as directed
• Monitor product displays, rotate stock, and ensure shelves and coolers are filled and properly labeled
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries and store inventory
• Follow all safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures, including fuel and store safety guidelines
• Respond to customer questions, resolve basic issues, and escalate concerns to shift leaders or managers when needed
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet store goals and deliver a welcoming, community-focused environment
