Essential Functions of the Position:

• Assist with administration of the network.
• Conduct trainings and orientation for staff in the usage of VYH systems and equipment.
• Maintain and audit compliance with VYH computer security and usage policies and practices.
• Provide helpdesk support to VYH staff throughout the agency.
• Deploy workstations for new staff and programs throughout the agency.
• The technician will travel throughout the Central region as assigned to deploy equipment, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• She/he shall possess a minimum of a Certificate in Computer Networking or a related field.
• She/he shall possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• The Technician shall be a mature individual with an ability to adapt to the philosophy of VYH.
• The Technician will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, possess sound judgement, and have excellent problem solving abilities.
• She/he has never been convicted of any child abuse offense and possess or obtain required clearances in the time frame established by licensing authorities.
