Green Scapes Landscape Construction, based in Lititz, PA, is a trusted leader in landscape construction and maintenance. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our crews on high-quality residential and commercial projects. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew on landscape installation and maintenance projects.
• Manage daily tasks including planting, sod/seed installation, pruning, mulching, mowing, hardscaping, excavation and seasonal cleanups.
• Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to Green Scapes’ standards of quality.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini excavators etc.).
• Train, motivate, and evaluate crew members.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
• Maintain safe and organized job sites.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a landscape foreman or crew leader.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of landscape practices, plants, and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and work orders.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
