As an ATS Community Support Specialist , you’ll walk alongside adults on the autism spectrum as they build the skills needed to live more independently in their communities. Just as fall is a season of growth and change , you’ll help participants strengthen communication, socialization, self-direction, and daily living skills that open doors to greater independence.
