Automotive Finance Assistant

: Description of the role: The Automotive Finance Assistant at Renn Kirby Gettysburg will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of automotive finance operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of automotive financing processes. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and reviewing financial documents, including loan contracts and lease agreements
• Prepare and input financial data into the company's finance system accurately and efficiently
• Process customer credit applications and verify the information provided
• Communicate with customers to collect necessary documentation and resolve any finance-related inquiries
• Maintain and update financial records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with calculating and presenting finance options to customers, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in using finance-related software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
