Personal Fitness Trainer
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and client-focused Personal Fitness Trainer to join our gym team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a growing membership base while helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personal training and group fitness training sessions.
- Develop personalized fitness programs based on client goals and abilities.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure a safe training environment.
- Motivate, provide guidance, and help clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and training schedules.
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term client retention.
- Maintain a clean and professional training area.
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification (NSCA, ACSM preferred or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and customer service.
- Previous personal training experience is preferred but motivated new trainers are encouraged to apply.
