• Duration: 12 Months
• Pay Rate: $30/h

About the Role

This position manages the end-to-end supply chain and contracting lifecycle for high-value corporate requirements, supporting agreements up to $100M annually . You will partner with legal, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies, mitigate risk, and drive cost-effective outcomes .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations , including developing strategies and company positions for complex, multi-million dollar agreements
• Perform contract redlining and editing , ensuring strong commercial protections
• Partner with legal teams (OGC) to align on contract terms and risk mitigation
• Conduct market, financial, and supplier risk analysis
• Manage claims, disputes, and contract performance issues
• Support sourcing strategies for IT, SaaS, engineering services, and capital projects
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
• Act as a category expert , understanding market trends, supplier landscape, and cost drivers
• Collaborate with project teams to support contracting strategy and execution
• Oversee the full lifecycle from requirements definition through contract administration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering , or related field
  (or 5+ years of relevant experience)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
• Strong understanding of contract language, terms, and negotiation strategies
• Proven experience with redlining contracts (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including track changes and document editing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience negotiating IT or technology-related contracts
• Certifications such as C.P.M. or C.P.S.M.
• Background in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
