About the Role

The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for one of our flagship concepts, ensuring flawless execution, consistency, and a refined guest experience. This leader will shape kitchen culture, uphold rigorous standards, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive the culinary vision of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a large BOH team with a focus on professionalism, precision, and accountability
• Oversee menu execution, quality control, and consistency across all services
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory systems, and vendor relationships with strategic discipline
• Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior culinary leadership on menu development, seasonal changes, and long‑term culinary strategy
• Maintain a polished, composed presence during service, modeling the standards expected of the team

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of senior culinary leadership experience in a high‑volume, upscale or fine‑dining environment
• Strong technical foundation and the ability to lead by example on the line
• Demonstrated success managing cost, systems, and large teams
• A leadership style that balances high expectations with mentorship and team development
• Experience with Japanese, Italian, steakhouse, or modern American cuisine is a plus
