Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking flexible warehouse associates to join their team. As a Flex associate , you will be part of the Production department supporting their packaging operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance , have good communication skills and be reliable and flexible, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bristol, Pennsylvania
Pay: $17.00- per hour
Shift:

• 1st Shift A - Monday to Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• 1st Shift B - Monday to Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Shift:

• 2nd Shift A - Monday to Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
• 2nd Shift B - Monday to Friday 3:00pm- 11:30pm

Pay: $19.75 per hour
Shift:

• 3rd Shift A - Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
• 3rd Shift B - Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm- 7:00am

• Each employee will actively participate in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program and is required to follow all safety practices and procedures. Description of Duties:
• Learn and follow Estee Lauder Environmental, Health and Safety policies as well as all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Follow good safety practices and use good safety work methods like the “seven steps to proper lifting.” For heavier cartons/objects has helper assist using “buddy lifting method.”

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds and the Ability to stand for long period of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully pass a Background Check & drug screening
• Have reliable Transportation
