The role:

As a Maintenance Planner, you will help drive our goals by:

• Implementing and managing preventive, predictive and planned maintenance programmes through the CMMS system.

• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance work, including outages and emergency repairs.

• Collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Materials & Logistics teams to minimise downtime.

• Updating and maintaining maintenance plans, PM procedures and documentation.

• Monitoring schedules, identifying risks or delays and communicating updates.

• Supporting maintenance readiness through kitting, inventory coordination and safe work permits.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, PMs and calibration services.

• Proficiency with CMMS (MP2 required; SAP desirable) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organisation, planning and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• High level of integrity, safety awareness and commitment to improvement.

• Initiative, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
