  • People-first Culture: We lead with trust and respect, recognizing the value each person brings to the team.
  • Room to Grow: As a growing company, there's a real opportunity to expand your responsibilities and move into leadership over time.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: New ideas are welcome, initiative is encouraged, and your effort directly shapes the company's direction.
  • Faith-based Foundation: Work in an environment grounded in integrity, honesty, and a commitment to doing right by people—inside and outside the organization.

About Us

ProFence specializes in agricultural and livestock fencing, serving customers who rely on durable, well-built solutions to protect their land and animals. We are a faith-based company focused on building strong systems, honest relationships, and a workplace where people are trusted to do good work and grow.

What You'll Do as an Inventory & Logistics Manager:

  • Oversee inventory accuracy and availability across the warehouse and four storage locations.
  • Maintain & improve inventory-tracking systems, ensuring data remains clean and reliable in existing software.
  • Plan inventory levels based on sales trends and seasonal demand (especially spring and fall) to avoid shortages and excess stock.
  • Coordinate purchasing and replenishment by working directly with suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead & support inventory and warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Keep storage areas organized, safe, and efficient while tracking incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Prepare inventory reports, identify process improvements, and share insights with leadership to support better decision-making.
  • Travel once per month to each storage location to support inventory oversight and consistency.

Our Ideal Inventory & Logistics Manager:

  • Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations, along with 4+ years of leadership experience; background working with manufacturing bill of materials or assembly processes is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using inventory systems and tools (Excel required; Fishbowl a plus; QuickBooks helpful), with an openness to using new technology—including AI—to improve systems and workflows.
  • Leader: Communicates clearly, supports team members, and leads with consistency and accountability.
  • Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to track inventory accurately, analyze data, and solve problems before they become issues.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and seasonal demands.
  • Active: Able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and operate sit-down or rough-terrain forklifts as needed.

What We Offer Our Inventory & Logistics Manager:

  • Full-time role with seasonal hours (45-50 during busy season, 40 in winter), starting around 8:00 a.m.
  • $70,000-$100,000/year, DOE
  • $275 monthly health insurance stipend
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Retirement plan with up to 3% company match
  • Bonus plan tied to performance
