NOW HIRING: Business Office Manager

Our outstanding team is looking to hire a Business Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our long-term care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing general office operation.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience a a Business Office Manager in a LTC/Nursing facility.
• Ability and willingness to work in cooperation with other employees to promote a friendly, caring and courteous atmosphere for residents, families and staff.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or with a valid exemption.
