This Collections Specialist will function within the Finance Department, with a primary focus on overdue account follow-up, dispute resolution, customer communication, and cash collection execution. This role helps improve visibility, accountability, and timeliness of collections activity while supporting overall cash flow performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience
• 3+ years of experience reviewing the aging report
• 3+ years of experience lowering the DSO
• Able to work within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel
• Proficient within a large scale ERP

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Allentown,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 19, 2026.
