Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Williamsport team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who is passionate about patient care and helping grow our patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients through the check-in and check-out process with professionalism and care.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records in our system.
• Provide treatment and rehabilitation services in alignment with the initial plan of care established by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and update treatment notes promptly and accurately.
• Support patients throughout their rehab journey, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Must effectively & timely communicate both virtually and in-office with team members, providers, and supervisors

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Physical Therapist and clinic team.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Should possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Candidate should have reliable transportation and the ability to communicate to Williamsport, PA for their work
